TOWN GREEN PARK

PARKING INFORMATION

There will be five free parking lots color-coded with corresponding pathways. Entrances to all five parking lots are located on Timberloch Place, one block north of Woodlands Parkway. Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, and White lots are accessible from Grogan’s Mill Road. DO NOT PARK AT THE H-E-B Market Street or the South Montgomery County Library—they WILL tow your vehicle. The Woodlands CrawPHish Festival is not responsible for your vehicle. The Woodlands CrawPHish Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please do not litter in the parking lots.

DIRECTIONS

From I-45, exit Woodlands Parkway. Head west on Woodlands Parkway. Go past the second stoplight, exit to the right, and turn right onto Grogans Mill Road. Then, turn right onto Lake Robbins Drive. Town Green Park will be on your right. Town Green Park is located along the banks of The Woodlands Waterway®, between the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and the South Montgomery County Library.

What food options will be available at The Woodlands CrawPHish Festival?

Boiled Louisiana crawfish from Crawfish Hut Catering will be the main attraction. Rudy’s BBQ will also be in attendance, offering up Texas barbecue favorites. Chicken tenders will be available, as well, along with Tikiz Shaved Ice & Ice Cream. Cold beer, bottled water, and soft drinks will be on hand at the festival. No outside food or beverages will be allowed on festival grounds.

What is the refund policy?

All purchases made are final and there are no refunds.

Do I have to show my ticket to enter the festival?

Yes. All tickets will be scanned when guests enter the festival. Guests must provide a either printed or electronic copy of their ticket.

Is my ticket transferable?

Yes. All tickets can be transferred from one guest (in whose name it is issued) to another guest’s name.

Is it okay if the name on the ticket does not match the name of the attendee?

Yes. The name on the ticket does not have to match the name of the guest attending the festival.

Are there age requirements to enter the festival?

No. There is no age requirement to enter the festival. However, to purchase alcohol you must present your ID to the bartenders to prove that you are at least 21 years of age.

Can I bring my children?

Yes. Ages 12 and under are free.
Ages 13 & older must have an Adult Ticket.

Can I bring my own beer/wine/drinks?

No. Outside beverages will not be permitted. You must purchase all drinks at the festival. Credit cards and cash will be accepted. TABC Certified Bartenders will serve craft and national beers, as well as wine.

Can I bring a cooler?

No. Personal coolers will not be permitted.

Can I bring my pet?

No. Pets will not be permitted – with the exception of service dogs.

Will there be somewhere to sit?

Yes. We will have covered and uncovered seating for all guests, although we do welcome all guests to bring lawn chairs.

Will there be restrooms and hand-washing facilities?

Yes. There will be plenty of restrooms and hand-washing facilities on site.

What will happen in the case of inclement weather?

The festival will happen rain or shine. Contingency plans will be in place in case of inclement weather.

Will there be a designated "Guest Services" location?

Guest Services will be located at the front entrance/main gate tent. Guests may report there for assistance.

Is smoking permitted in the park?

No. Smoking is prohibited in the park during festival hours – this INCLUDES VAPES. The festival benefits pulmonary hypertension, a rare lung disease, so we ask that all guests please refrain from smoking.

Are there designated parking areas for the festival?

Yes. Please see “Parking Information” located at the top of this page. DO NOT PARK AT H-E-B.

Will there be open or conceal carry at Town Green Park?

The Woodlands BB&T CrawPHish Festival will prohibit weapons, including concealed and open carry handguns, from the event, which is contained within a fenced portion of Town Green Park. We will have legal notification posted at each entrance to the event.

Will there be Emergency Medical Personnel at the festival?

Yes. There will be a First Aid Tent located near the front of Town Green Park. This tent will be staffed with professional First Responders. In the event of a medical emergency, an ambulance will also be on site.
